Five days, sixty-plus countries, the first edition of something built to become one of the biggest Latin dance festivals in the world. Work one shift a day — dance the rest.
What you get — and what we ask
An honest exchange
You were probably coming to dance anyway. Volunteer, and your pass is on us — you just give a few hours a day to make the festival run.

Your Full Pass, free
Full Festival Pass — all workshops and every party — free of charge. Plus two crew t-shirts, your badge, water and snacks on shift, and the closing volunteer dinner.

18 hours, across the festival
Around 18 hours total over the five days. The rest of the festival is yours: take workshops, dance the parties, enjoy the pool.

You cover the trip — we help
Flights and accommodation are yours to arrange, and you can book the festival hotel at the standard rate. As financial support, organizing members get €200 off a single or double room for the 4-night festival stay.

Founding-team status
A “Founding Volunteer — Edition 1” certificate, a reference letter on request, and first priority for organizing team roles at Edition 2.
Already purchased a festival pass or hotel?No problem! You can still apply to become a volunteer. If selected, you'll receive the equivalent volunteer benefits as festival credit or applicable hotel credit, according to our volunteer policy.
Masterclasses are a separate paid ticket and are not part of the volunteer pass.

Where you could be
Tell us your top three below. We place everyone in one team for all five days — you get genuinely good at your post, and you work alongside the same people every day.
Registration & Info Desk
The front door: check people in, fit wristbands, answer every question, run lost & found and on-site competition sign-ups.
Airport & Transfers
First smile at Tunis airport — meet dancers and artists, match them to their transfers, wave them off at the end.
Hotel & Guest Experience
Lobby welcome, wayfinding, and the excursion desk that turns the festival into a holiday.
Artist Relations
Look after ~90 artists: welcome them, keep the green room running, walk them to their rooms on time. Discretion essential.
Workshops & Masterclasses
Keep two rooms running to the minute, check passes at the door each hour, and manage masterclass entry lists.
Party, Stage, Pool & Competitions
Own the nights and the pool: party entry, floor support, and the Friday and Saturday competitions and shows.
Media, Content & Social
Capture the festival for the world — stories, clips, and the content that sells Edition 2.
HQ, VIP & Floaters
The team that holds it together: run Volunteer HQ, look after VIP and sponsor guests, and step in wherever the day needs you.
